They can be one-to-one, with partners, or include family members depending on your goals.
We also offer optional bonding ice bath sessions — guided group immersions that help families and couples reconnect through shared experience.
Using our Brass Monkey therapy-grade ice bath, these sessions focus on calm breathing, mutual trust, and emotional regulation — creating powerful shared moments of presence and connection.
You’ll leave with greater clarity and small, actionable steps to bring calm, communication, and understanding back into your relationships.

How it works
After a complimentary consultation, sessions can take place outdoors or in controlled environments, depending on your comfort and experience.
All sessions include guided breathwork, safety briefing, and post-session reflection to integrate what you experience.
Group workshops and individual sessions are available across West Sussex, Somerset, and London.
