Living With Trauma
What it is & who it’s for
Living with Trauma sessions draw on a blend of evidence-based techniques — breathwork, somatic awareness, and behavioural insight — all rooted in compassion and personal understanding.
It’s ideal for individuals who are:
• Managing post-traumatic stress, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm
• Feeling disconnected, numb, or constantly “on alert”
• Balancing recovery with career or family responsibilities
• Seeking safe, practical tools for regulation and self-awareness
• Wanting to learn from someone who has navigated trauma personally and found a way through
How it helps
Healing begins when we understand what’s happening inside us — and start to feel safe enough to reconnect.
You’ll learn to:
• Recognise how trauma affects the body and nervous system
• Use breathwork and grounding to calm stress responses
• Build daily rituals that create safety and control
• Reconnect with confidence, trust, and purpose
• Move from surviving to living — with greater ease, perspective, and meaning
What to expect
Sessions are calm, confidential, and led entirely at your pace.
You remain in control throughout — there is no pressure to retell experiences or go deeper than feels right.
We work practically: using breath, awareness, reflection, and structure to help you regulate, process, and rebuild.
The focus is on recovery that lasts — bringing stability to your body, clarity to your mind, and direction back into your life.
“Trauma is not the story of what happened to you. Trauma is the story of what you had to do to survive.”
— Gabor Maté
