Living with Trauma sessions draw on a blend of evidence-based techniques — breathwork, somatic awareness, and behavioural insight — all rooted in compassion and personal understanding.
It’s ideal for individuals who are:
• Managing post-traumatic stress, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm
• Feeling disconnected, numb, or constantly “on alert”
• Balancing recovery with career or family responsibilities
• Seeking safe, practical tools for regulation and self-awareness
• Wanting to learn from someone who has navigated trauma personally and found a way through

We work practically: using breath, awareness, reflection, and structure to help you regulate, process, and rebuild.

How it works
After a complimentary consultation, sessions can take place outdoors or in controlled environments, depending on your comfort and experience.
All sessions include guided breathwork, safety briefing, and post-session reflection to integrate what you experience.
Group workshops and individual sessions are available across West Sussex, Somerset, and London.
