The Ice Bath Experience
Our sessions use a Brass Monkey ice bath — the industry standard for precision-controlled cold therapy.
Its consistent temperature control and filtration system ensure a clean, safe, and stable experience, allowing your body to relax and adapt naturally to the cold.
Unlike traditional plunge pools, the Brass Monkey system maintains the ideal therapeutic range (2–5°C), helping you access the full physiological and mental benefits without risk or shock.
This controlled environment allows you to focus on breath, awareness, and the internal shift from stress to calm.
Each session is fully guided — we prepare you with breathwork, support you through the immersion, and guide recovery and integration afterwards.

How it works
After a complimentary consultation, sessions can take place outdoors or in controlled environments, depending on your comfort and experience.
All sessions include guided breathwork, safety briefing, and post-session reflection to integrate what you experience.
