Questions People Ask
A simple guide to the most common questions before we work together.
-
I offer breathwork, cold exposure guidance, resilience training, nervous-system regulation techniques, behavioural change support, and coaching designed to reduce stress and build confidence — informed by research and lived experience.
-
Yes — absolutely. Many clients I support are based in the USA and internationally. All personal sessions can be delivered online via Zoom, and time zones are taken into account when scheduling.
-
No — most people begin as complete beginners. Sessions are guided step-by-step, paced safely, and tailored to your comfort level.
-
Most people experience improvements in calm, emotional regulation, and resilience. While this isn’t therapy or medical treatment, the approach is evidence-based, practical, and often transformative.
-
Yes. I work with neurodivergent clients using clear structure, sensory awareness, and a pacing style that avoids overwhelm. The approach is grounded, gentle and supportive.
-
Most clients feel a shift after the first session. Longer-term change usually happens over 4–12 sessions depending on your goals.
-
No — this sits between coaching, lived experience support, behavioural change work and nervous-system education. If at any point we feel you would be better supported by a therapist or another mental health professional, we will discuss that openly and guide you toward the right support. Your wellbeing comes first.

Professional Wellbeing
-
Sessions can take place online via Zoom (available globally, including the USA), or in person within the UK. For organisations, travel and on-site delivery are available depending on scale and format.
-
Both options are available. A single session is a good introduction or reset, while ongoing support allows for deeper, more sustainable change. Organisations often begin with a pilot session or workshop and then continue if it aligns with their needs.
-
Individuals pay securely online at the time of booking. Organisations can arrange invoicing and commercial terms as part of the onboarding process.
-
If you're unsure, the best next step is a short introductory call. There’s no pressure and no expectation — just space to ask questions, get clarity, and see if the approach resonates.
-
Yes — life happens. Sessions can be rescheduled with notice. Full details are included in the booking confirmation so expectations are clear and respectful for both sides.
